Brian Hedstrom

Founder & Principal

Brian is an AI-driven enterprise, solution, system and software architect with 30+ years modernizing OSS/BSS, network and service automation, product and service lifecycle platforms, and standards-aligned digital infrastructure for telecom, cable, broadband, fiber and data center environments.

As Founder and Principal, he grounds every engagement in the principles that have defined OAM since 2012 — information, interfaces and processes — connecting business strategy to executable architecture through domain modeling, API-first integration, workflow automation, and service lifecycle design.

His recent leadership includes Director of Systems & Enterprise Architecture at Zayo, leading target-state architecture for fiber, network and data center inventory, NaaS, product catalog, contract lifecycle and IT asset management — using LeanIX for portfolio governance and introducing agentic AI workflows that cut architecture research and documentation cycle time by more than 50%.

Brian is currently a Solution Architect with Amdocs supporting Charter Core Data Services and the Charter–Cox integration, driving API validation, system integration testing, architecture-to-test traceability, and agentic AI workflows for spec-driven test automation. He has contributed to TM Forum, Mplify, CableLabs, ONAP, ONUG, SCTE and Linux Foundation initiatives.

Victoria St. John

Strategic Messaging & Human-Centered AI

Victoria is a social impact entrepreneur, brand strategist, prompt engineer, and neurodiversity advocate focused on ethical AI adoption, human-centered systems change, and strategic messaging for high-impact environments.

With 20+ years building brands, shaping public narratives, and helping leaders communicate through sensitive or complex issues, she brings a rare combination of emotional intelligence, pattern recognition, stakeholder alignment, and trust-building strategy. Her work began in high-pressure financial markets at the Chicago Board of Trade, where judgment and diplomacy were essential.

As Founder and CEO of ICU2, Victoria developed a human-centered model empowering neurodiverse adults by reframing neurodiversity from deficit to asset. Her current focus is Responsible PromptOps and ethical prompt architecture for leaders navigating AI adoption in government, healthcare, education, and public-facing communications — viewing AI as an exoskeleton for human capability, not a substitute for human judgment.

Kirk Erichsen

Senior Consultant, DOCSIS

Kirk is a senior DOCSIS protocol and cable technology consultant with 25+ years of cable industry experience, including 20 years in standards development, protocol specification, acceptance testing, product strategy, and network operations.

At OAM he serves as senior consultant, project manager, and technical lead for DOCSIS work — OSSI working-group support for Remote PHY OSSI, CCAP OSSI, CM OSSI, CANN specifications and associated Acceptance Test Plans — and contributes across PNM, MULPI, Remote PHY, Flexible MAC Architecture, and DOCSIS 4.0 Full Duplex where they intersect OSSI requirements.

He has provided consulting to CableLabs for Remote PHY and FMA initiatives, including RESTCONF API test automation, interoperability event planning, and zero-trust security requirements for FMA policy enforcement. Before OAM, Kirk held senior technology and product strategy roles at Time Warner Cable and Adelphia, shaping DOCSIS 2.0 through 4.0, M-CMTS, PacketCable, Remote PHY and SDN/NFV efforts. He is named on multiple issued patents.

Senior Consultant

Kevin is an engineering project management and technical specification professional with 20+ years of telecommunications experience spanning DOCSIS specification development, release management, technical requirements, systems engineering, and cable product development.

At OAM he has managed strategic programs and operational process work for Tier-1 service provider initiatives, including FTTH expansion across 41 states, DTV deployment status reporting, equipment distribution tracking, and BPMN2 process modeling for operational workflows — plus delivery coordination for provisioning system abstraction-layer software.

His DOCSIS standards work includes project and release management for DOCSIS 3.1, DOCSIS 4.0, Remote PHY and Flexible MAC Architecture.
